Need help for developing a card game

I am trying to develop a card game. I have developed the algorithm. But i was unable to create a gui for the game. Can anyone help me

Microsoft have a free Card Game Starter Kit (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/vcsharp/aa336742).

As you'll see, it's for Black Jack but you may be able to adapt it to your own game.
