Request forum help with respect to this "Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Web Application" service I have stopped this service in app server using powershell command but it gets started automatically if I restart the server.... so how to control this or this is a default behavior of sharepoint 2016????

I wanna get rid off the "Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Web Application" from SP2016 app server can someone pls help me. I am stopping this using powershell command but after some time it is automatically getting started... I believe some timer job doing this job... I want to confirm on this... is it by designed of SP2016 this service should be running on both app n wfe server so we can't stop this???? Please someone confirm on this... I want to update to my client.

It's already in disabled mode.... but getting started automatically while restarting the server... my query is I want to unprovision all web application from application server... but once the service getting started automatically all web applications are again getting provisioned to app server... is it by designed of sp 2016 or we have to control this??? Or if we leave as is what is the impact may have in future????

Please try below command
$si = Get-SPServiceInstance -Server "ServerName" | where {$_.TypeName -like "*Foundation Web*"}
$si.Status = "Disabled"
$si.Update()

This is sharepoint service not Windows service then how to change the setting manually???? Any help

Select the service, stop it.
Right click on service, click "Properties".
Set Start Type as Manual.
