I would like to know the solution for the below issue:

We have a process like we will send an excel sheet from database to a server. We have coded in asp, the format changes like changing a column to accept currency and once column to accept decimal. By using functions like formatcurrency() but now i am looking to change a column to text so that it can accept number that start with '0' (zero). I now need a function that can change the format of the column to text and that should be accepted in asp.
