This dll System.ServiceModel.DomainServices.Hosting is a part of RIA services SDK.

You need to install it on server. Below is url to download.

         thanks for reply.. as u said i need to set it to true, but did u understand my question...
whenever i tried to add this references from add reference i could not found it there..

you have to set Copy Local to True for this reference.
