Need the design to be done

This is how i designed can any one make adjustments as per in the pdf if any one have time please

Perhaps you just need to ask how to do the alignments and then hopefully someone can explain that for you and then you can do all of it yourself. If you can write a clear and concise description of what you need to do then that will save us a lot of time and you are more likely to get help that way. Posting the source code in a rar file is good but it helps to also explain things, at least a little bit more, so that it helps people to decide if they are able to help.

So you are asking us to create design for you? I don't think anybody has time here buddy. I am afraid, you have to build the screens.
