Need to Insert n rows on the base of parameter in SP ?

Hello Team,

 

I am working on a stored procedure where i want that user will supply a number that will be the parameter for stored procedure. The no. of rows to be inserted will be as per the count supplied in the parameter of stored procedure.

 

For instance, if the user passes 10 as parameter to stored procedure then 10 rows to be inserted but before that i need 10 numbers to be generated in this fashion dd/mm/yyyy/1 and so on.

 

So if the user supplies 10 then the 10 numbers will be generated starting from  dd/mm/yyyy/1 - dd/mm/yyyy/10.
