Need to read the data from RS 232 to C#
I'm having Console Display which is communicating with the system in RS 232, now i wanted that device to be integrated with the application and read data from that device. I do no where to start can any one help me in reading the RS 232 data and the same has to be stored on the database.

there is inbuilt "SerialPort" class is available to communicate with serial port(RS232) in System.IO.Ports namespace.
