need to rtrive activex controller of local machine

hello

i am developing a windows application  in C#.net where i have to retrve the activex controller ,plugings[like google tool bar] whenever my application will run.

that mens whenever my application will run it will retrive these informations and write those informations ina XML file..

please help me to find out a solution to retrive these informatons..
