Need to run specific dll based on user requirment

Dear experts,

 

i am having one solution in that 4 projects one is for exe rest of that projects dlls

now if i click exe three dlls will run till now i did

here i need to do specific dll need to run basec on configuraion file

how to resolve this can any one help me
