If I want to migrate application to SQL Server 2008R2, which is already on SQL Server 2005 then is there any tool from which I can initiate & automate migration of application process easily???

I have already gone through such articles, I am asking if there is any tool/software from which we can initiate the migration of application on sql server or automate it via that tool.
