m new in vb.net. i want to make a resume maker as my project. can anyone please help me in doing so????

Here is code for that

Suppose you have Made template in RichTextBox.Text like

Name:<>

then Replace Code for Name Field Will be ..

and for other Field Process is same like this

    Dim name As String = textBox1.Text.Trim()
    If richTextBox1.Text.Contains("<>") = True Then
            
        richTextBox1.Text = richTextBox1.Text.Replace("<>", name)

thnx buddy!!! but my basic difficulty is to replace text taken through form by user to print in the resume format.

I am unable to explain whole code here but can give you idea about it how it can be done :)

Create Database With All Fields Needed In Resume

Then in Database Create One Another Table That Will Store Structure of the Resume 4 Example

name : <>
Age :<>

and so on ...

Collect All the Information Needed In Resume By Form Interface .

and Then Text Replacement Process ... eg... replace <> with Name Filled in Text Box ..

and if you want to store all information that in TextBox About user then Store it in DB so that you can also apply that

values on Other Resume Formats

and you are Done !!
