hi there !
why the .NET 4 App does not start in widows 8.1!?
what is the problem ?
i built to many apps in .NET 4.0 but all of it does not work and start and there is no any error message !
any solutions ? . . .

i use visual studio 2010 and set the the target platform .NET 4.0 for my project its run in windows 7 and xp .
but when i want to run my App in Windows 8 or 8.1 its not start and there is no any error message !?
