.Net Framework Assemblies

Question

When a Deployment package is created, is it possible to include code that will make the computer trust it as an assembly. I would like to know this to eliminate the procedure of trusting the assembly everytime a new one is added or an existing one is updated? If anyone knows of the code... even if is a small application it self that takes the names of *.exe(s) and trusts them for the user of the computer. Thanks
