Hello sir..jst a beginner in MVC..so jst started doing coding..trying to build one application but i am stuck in one logic.

i want that my Login page should check three condition

1.UserName matches from Login table

2. Password Matches from Login Table

3. StatusID of Login table == StatusID of Status_Master_table == 1

because my status will be active when StatusID will be 1 and rest in any StatudID page will not login...

I have successuly made Username and Password matched but for third condition i have tried a lot but could not able to do it...

It will be an honoured for me sir if you could able to take me out from this query..your help is urgently required...

You can make query this way. It is very easy so don't create confusion.
select username,password,statusid from logintable inner joinStatus_Master_table on logintable.statusid = Status_Master_table where logintable.username = 'test' and logintable.password = '123' and Status_Master_table.statusid = 1

Ok So u r using 2 entity files. But i am not able to understand why u r using 2 entity files. When it can be done only by one entity file But no issue
use it in the shown manner
//StatusIs : 1 =Active
//StatusIs : 0 =InActive

FTDatabaseEntities2 dc = new FTDatabaseEntities2();
for Status_Master_Table
Then how will i add?

It clearly shows that your entity file does not have StatusMaster table. Please add the statusMaster Table into you entity file which is FTDatabaseEntities . and then rename the entity table in your query.

It shows that your status master table is of different name, and for second you can error you can null will also work.
For second error you can use
if(_objuserdetail!=null)
{
}

The hilighted part[objentity.UserDetails]is the entity table. which you need to create in your DB and import it. in your project entity.

Sir, a red line is coming in the highligted bold[objentity.UserDetails]...due to which i could not able to debug..error is coming...instead of this what should i write...sir u can check this through my zip file also...as attached

where data.UserId == _objuserloginmodel.UserId

&& data.Password == _objuserloginmodel.Password
&& data.Status=1

You just need to add more line the code of given article link
