.Net ReorderList compatible with Mobiles & Tablets

Dear All,
 
I have a asp.net project that contains an Ajax ReorderList that's perfectly running on
PC. The issue that I have is that the Items in ReorderList remain static (cannot be dragged or sorted) if the page is viewed through a mobile phone or a tablet.
 
So, what do you suggest as an alternative to have a ReorderList that runs on portable devices as well? (Please be thorough in the suggestion, and consider that the entire project's in .Net 3.5 framework)
