New Book: WCF Multi-tier Services Development with LINQ

Did anybody read this book? It seems to be a nice introductory book for beginners. But do you really develop WCF services in multi-tiers? I want to learn WCF and don't know where to start with.

This book also covers LINQ. Do I need to learn LINQ in order to learn WCF?

You do not need to learn LINQ to learn WCF. However, if you need data access in .NET 3.5, LINQ is one way to do it.
