Newbie trying to find out option for screen share in govtorg

I have no access to gmail/hangouts, This is my 3rd day in the office and tey assigned me to complete the some part of project someone left with so any . This is my first job. Trying to find various options for screen share as I need to fix some bugs and develop new code.
