Newbie-Need help with a presentation tool for pocket pc

Question

Hi, I am a newbie and intend to build a simple presentation tool in C# for Pocket Pcs(using MS Visual Studio .Net 2003).The application will be similar to MS powerpoint and will have a very simple create and edit menu. I have just begun to learn C# and .NET fundamentals and I am not too sure as to where to start off from. IF someone could give me some tips/suggestions as to how to start off with the application and what I need to be looking into,I would be very thankful. Thanks very much in advance.
