News feed in Sharepoint 2013

How to avoid the duplicate news feed in my profile page in SharePoint 2013?

When i join the community I'm getting duplicate news feed like below

Kaviyab is joined the sharepoint community

Kaviyab is joined the sharpeoint community

Kindly give solution for this.
