Is there any way to install newtonsoft dll in Visual studio 2005 with dont framework 2.0?

Thanks amit but the dll which is provided by you that is working on compile time but i am getting an error while runtime after clicking on button. Could not load file or assembly 'Newtonsoft.Json, Version=10.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=30ad4fe6b2a6aeed' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

I am trying to install it in Visual studio 2005 but there is no option to install it. This is the reason i am not able to read Json data.
