Hi, this the strange issue is coming in my application some time I am getting the error message like, but when i recycle the application pool then its wroking properly.

Error Description   : Error occurred while processing your request. Please contact your system administrator for details.
Exception Message   : The type initializer for 'Microsoft.ApplicationBlocks.Data.SqlHelperParameterCache' threw an exception.
Stack Trace         : at Microsoft.ApplicationBlocks.Data.SqlHelperParameterCache.GetSpParameterSet(String connectionString, String spName)

Hi this issue was occured in one of my IIS website and to resolved this I changed the IIS Application pool identity to "AppPoolIdenteity".

I would suggest not to use the connection string in Global Static variable.Try resolving this first, let me know if the issue persists.

Thanks for your help.

we are using the connection string in Globle varaible and passing the parameter, it is working last 3 years with .Net 2.0 and now i Moved to application on 4.0 and it is having a issue but if I recycle the pool then it is working, please let me know where is the issue.

Make sure you close your connection string properly and you have not used any global static variable to store Database settings like connection string/connection object etc...
