Not able to Update stored proceduere

i want to update the data of a column in the stored procedure

i have a table like this--

the table name is --

Sp_dubai_select_Artilce_all

and i want to update the data because it is having some errors in it like --

the $0 is the error i want to removce it and update the data like this--

please help me doing it
