Not Getting an Opportunity to explore my skills

I am working in IT company as a SSE with 8 plus years of experience in microsoft .net technologies, Even though interview has taken on .net technologies project , Currenltly I am working on azure devops which is not giving any exposure .Now I am planning to switch the job ,I am totally in confusion that whether I need to switch back to .net technology or should continue with Azure devops.I keep attending .net interviews but not getting selecting on any due to lack of knowledge.how can I improve my skils sets Kindly suggest

These days companies look for candidate with multiple skills.
If you already have good knowledge in one skill and if you got exposure to another technology where your previous skills can be combined then you should go for it.
Meanwhile, you can do course from any learning sites like Udemy, pluralsight etc. so that atleast you have a basic knowledge in other areas and can relate them together based on any use case.

Also, keep reading articles and new updates from tehnicals skills that you are working on.

This is very common these days. All you can do is, stick to one particular tech stack. If you are a Full Stack Developer, then stick to relavant front-end and back-end technologies.

Though you are forced to work on other tech-stack and frameworks, you should focus your favorite programming when you complete your working hours.

Do focus on your tech-stack. Attend interviews regularly though it is consultancy or start-ups. Don't ignore any interviews. After your interview, make a note of all the questions and solutions day by day. After couple of days, you just collect them all together and make a proper document with all question answers. It will be very useful.

Another thing you can do is, buy some basics and fundamental course's on Udemy or Pluralsight. Try to to focus on them regularly at least for an hour/day. During this, make notes and do real-time project on your machine.

Also, create a GitHub account and make small small projects and maintain repositories. It will be very helpful whenever you need relavant code or topics with examples.
