My site host on IIS hole site work properly but login with sqlserver so not login and show invalid username and password , I using window server 2008 And IIS 7

Before application is publish in a folder ,and In iis add new Virtual directory for this publish folder

Check you connection string. Proper valid IP address and password should be there.
