not looking well arranged

I have an website project build on ASP.Net extension. My website is working good in Internet Explorer but in Mozilla Firefox or Opera lots of controls are overlapped. After very goggling I got lots of solutions like you can set-up the Web.config file as

here will be some settings, but how i don't know the process, even and also how to call it from each and every pages.

Lots of internet articles saying me to setup the Machine.config to eliminate such problem. I know it that microsoft is not built on standard HTML 4.0 format and this is the cause to map the locations as per different browsers.

Actually I want to run my website project well-arranged on my localhost in Mozilla Firefox, Opera etc. So, that I never get any problem at the time of hosting.

Will you please suggest me step by step process to handle such problem? help me

I believe you can only have one entry in your config file so you should move your into the main and remove the extra entry.

There is nothing you need to do from your ASPX pages to make it work. What you need to do is add into your Web.Config the appropriate browsercap entrees. There will be different entries for each browser (firefox, IE, Chrome, etc.) and there very well could be different entries for different versions of each browser.

The previous links I've provided give you the entries you will need to add to your Web.Config file for your application. Once you've done this then it should work.

I highly appreciate your previous reply. But sir that reply not helped me. I think I'm not able to explain what exactly problem is? Now I am attaching my sample website. There is two pages in this website index.aspx and dedication.aspx. In index.aspx only a link which will redirect us to dedication.aspx. Open this website (mainly dedication.aspx page) in IE and Mozilla Firefox simultaneously or one by one. In IE it will look cool but in Mozilla Firefox images will be overlapped.

About this problem, every where i am learning have to set-up . But sir, I don't know how to proceed it. How to write in web.config file and how to follow (call) this caps from each and every page to look good in Mozilla and Opera even. I am totally unknown about.

Please John Sir.....I highly request you to set-up it yourself and attach once from your end for me. Please John Sir....I am waiting for your highly valuable reply.

I'm not sure I understand the question. If you have the proper entries in your config ASP.NET will automatically use them. It could be that the CSS/DHTML you are using is simply displayed differently in different browsers and will need tweaking to make it look the same across the board. Are you trying to find the different settings for your different browsers? I believe I already provided links to locations you can find those settings to include in your config file.
