OCR scan part PDF document and write value in textbox c#

If you mean you have a PDF or image file, and you want to OCR (recognize) only a specific rectangle (area) of the file, you can do this using one of LEADTOOLS OCR engines by loading the file and then pass it with the rectangle bounds to the engine.
The following C# code shows how you can do this using LEADTOOLS functions:

RasterImage _ocrimage = null;
using (IOcrEngine ocrEngine = OcrEngineManager.CreateEngine(OcrEngineType.LEAD, false))

ocrEngine.Startup(null, null, null, null);
