OCR with ASP.NET Framework v4.8

Question

Hello everyone I've been searching for a while to include OCR functionality into my project. I founded a lot of old topics and the tool most mentioned is Tesseract. I have seen something about Azure Cognitive Services too. So I would like to know which method is the best in 2021 to easily use OCR in my project.

If you are looking for a commercial solution, I would recommend using the Leadtools OCR libraries.
