OCR with ASP.NET Framework v4.8

Hello everyone

I've been searching for a while to include OCR functionality into my project. I founded a lot of old topics and the tool most mentioned is Tesseract. I have seen something about Azure Cognitive Services too. So I would like to know which method is the best in 2021 to easily use OCR in my project.

If you are looking mature solution then, go for Azure Congnitive service vision api or Google Cloud Vision API .

There are free versions as well. Check if they can serve your purposes.

If you are looking for a commercial solution, I would recommend using the Leadtools OCR libraries. They have recognition for both printed text and neatly handwritten text and its available through Nuget as well.
