why do you want OLEDB to connect to text file, you can read text file simply with System.IO in c# class ReadFromFile { static void Main() { // The files used in this example are created in the topic // How to: Write to a Text File. i can built oledb class [try]please tell me this like when we connect a vb6 program with access the code we write in vb6 is dim con as oledb.connection with con { ------ --------- -------- } how to do the same thing with custom oledb. i could code the design of an oledb class but i don't know how the above matter will be achieved . please help
