on edit hide div based on model value javascript in razor view mv

Hi I have a web application usig asp.net mvc in which i want to show and hide two div's based on the model value how to achieve that I want to show BLOCK and module when Semster_Id is Null in the database , and i want to show semester_ID and its dropdown when Block and Module both are null/

check my image . what is the best approach my model is strongly type model and on edit i want to show and hide
