hello,
try to check few things:
1. Make sure you have the right permissions to update the SharePoint list. Check with your SharePoint admin or site owner to confirm your access level.
2. Check if the data source for the SharePoint list is properly connected to your Power App. You can check this by going to the "Data sources" tab in the left-hand pane of your Power App.
3. Check the fields in your SharePoint list are correctly mapped to the controls in your Power App. Check that the field names and data types match between the two.
4. Are using the right formula for auto-populating user's name in your Power App. The suggested format may not work for all scenarios. You may need to modify the formula to match your specific requirements.
5. Is there any errors or warnings in the Power App formula bar. These can provide clues as to why your SharePoint list is not getting updated.
