are you targetting to create a sample project or a real life one?

 

for sample project, you maintain the database and you have all access, so it will be easy, follow links by Sagar in another answer for that.

 

but for real life, there are third parties involved, you have to contact them and you have to code according to their APIs being exposed, they will not allow each and everyone to book a ticket directly. this is tough one, business decision is involved, not than technology.
