Hi Venkateswarulu, Crawl cannot be configured/set to remove a site in SharePoint online. Based on yuor question, few troubleshooting ideas Is the search not working in ony one site or all the sites. If all the sites, look for any service downtime message in O365 message center. If only in one site then see further. In the same site try searching in different ways: From search box, in any one of the list, in the left navigation(if you are on modern pages), add a search results webpart. If you have any one of this working, then it should be an issue with the page you are checking. Either you have search results webpart hidden Your search resutls may be hidden because of any customizations that you did in that page.

The question is for SharePoint Online (which is a SAAS offerings from Microsoft), so Search services should be always up and running.
