To be very frank, your question is not clear, please clearly type your question to find correct answers.
Remember always, domain names are identification label that defines administrative autonomy, authority, or control on the internet using domain. In general, domain names are accessible from every where using internet. Domain names are managed by Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA). If you are talking about intranet work then it is not domain. Intranet only works within same defined IP's and it is not accessible from outside.
I hope this answer is clear if not then clarify your question.
Thanks
