Opening one wpf application using another wpf application

How you can execute any apllication without executing .exe file? It's mandatory to create .exe which is already created in you Bin-->Debug folder.

Hi all

What I want to say is By using System.Diagnostic.Process I can start and exe, for a wpf windows application ...I can get the exe after installing that application. Correct me if am wrong.
