Operation could not be completed

Hi,

I am creating setup file using vs 2005, i am able to add all respective executables and dlls file but when i m adding microsoft.expression.drawing.dll file it shows an error message of "opedation could be completed".

However, this dll is a dependecy of the project and i can't leave it.

Kindly give me a solution for the above
