i am willing to learn oracle.please suggest me from which version i start my study.Is it possible to start with oracle 11

As with almost anything else, you can certainly start learning Oracle from any version. The more you read, practice hands-on samples, the better it gets.
There are a lot of resources available online for Oracle. You can start from the Oracle website: http://www.oracle.com/technology/getting-started/index.html
