Hi,

Use this code create the otp . OTP is generate but Message is not received. It return response as 72bytes and status is failure

error 3 means an invalid number, make sure you are appending 91 before the number.

Your code is correct, you might be getting invalid template error code 80.
this means you have not yet generated any template.
go to Your login dashboard of textlocal Then in send menu go to template and draft.
then open your template to see the message format. And provide same massage format to your C# method to send messages.

TextLocal is obsolete maybe, I am not sure but if it is not working then use Mashape.

They are using Textlocal API and I register in thatb link and then get the API key also
