Outlook- send an email and open a winform application

I am saying that there is something you are not telling us. The answers are obvious to you but not to us. It will really, really help for you to be able to think in terms of our understanding. If you want us to understand you, you need to listen to us.

You say you "send an email from outlook" then "it opens an application with some data copied from the email". Note that you don't say what "it" is. You need to be careful about words like "it", "that", "those" and "they". You say that it opens an application with some data copied from the email, which means that it already has the data from the email. Got that? You said that it has the data. So I probably misunderstand, but you need to clarify things for me to understand.

In your last message, you say "it must open a window" but you still don't say what it is and I don't understand why that must be done.

well I dont know why you say that I already have the info... I mean that after i sent an email it must open a window from a custom application with the info from the email. I dont have to type again the info from the email sent... so the question is how to get this info in another application... I know this info is in the email in the sent file folder, you mean that I have there the info??...
Im sorry if this is confused but Im gonna try with events and vbscript in outlook I found out an event _ItemSend.. I hope this is the solution..

I still don't understand. You have the information you need to send the message so I don't understand why you need to get the information again. It does not make sense so I assume I don't understand what you are trying to say. You can probably get better help if you explain the problem better.

Sam, I mean, I want to send an email from the outlook then automatically open an application with the info from the email in this application. I add some info else and then save them to the database...

A friend of mine just told me that he have seen it in a company, maybe it is a macro from the outlook, i am gonna check that on outlook...

its mean you have to store data into variables and using this variable you save into Data Base.. like email address , subjects or whatever you want to save.. or you can transfer data into text file before sending email.. its all depends on event.. like button event..
hope you understand what i want to tell you if not then give me your module i will make it my self...

You said that after sending the email from outlook I can open the application and save the data of the email... but how i get the info from the email... do I have to open the outlook sent emails file to find out the last email I sent...??

i understand your problem now hat you have to do for it.. u just make outlook in .net application after sending email ur using outlook you can open your form and save into data base whatever DB you are using.. if you not understand or getting any problem then reply me or mail me at my email address..
