Overcome issues in Session Timeout using Azure Web App

Some of them suggesting Azure Redis Cache i also tried but no use..if you have any examples please post the reference

I have tried to keep the session active using Javascript which works well and good in local host but when in azure web app the session drop down within 4 mins.

I am struggling to handle the session state drop down in azure web for long time.Please help me with that.
