package restore failed

while adding sqlclient.dll in visual studio 2017 it shows error package restore failed

Accepted answer
Go to tools and in nugetPackage manager select package manager setting,
then in options expand Nuget Package Manager select General
and check box check allow Nuget to download missing package.

If it's selected then,
Select package source instead of general and set
Name:nuget.org
Source:https://api.nuget.org/v3/index.json
