Page No in Subreport

In Crystal Reports, you can add page numbers to each page of your subreport. Here are the steps:

1. Go to View -> Field Explorer.
2. Expand on Special Fields.
3. Locate the Page Number or Page N of M field and drag the field into the report1.

If you want the page numbers to run across all sub-reports, just put the page number field in the page footer2. If you want the page numbers to run for each sub-report, right-click the sub-report, choose Format Subreport, and un-check Keep Object Together2.
