Page transfer in winform

Question

Hi All

 

Currently i am working on windows project

 

Application is use in call center 10+  user at a time

 

now our need is while calling if executive want to transfer his call to senior then he/she should be able to transfer that call along data what ever he/she filled 

 

once user transfer receiver should get popup (like outlook email in right side corner of system)

once user accept user should be open that screen from sender transfer call

 

 

please help on this topic

 

feature should be done in "Winform Application"
