paint program!

Question

hi i am working in a paint program...........using gdi+...and i can make lines and rectangle with the mouse like the example in the book of graphic programming with gdi+ chapter 3,4 the problem is that i wanna add the ability to select the shapes i draw by the mouse and resize them with the mouse too...like in macromedia flash ...also to make things linke group and ungroup also i wanna make undo and redo..........for drawings how can i make this? thanks for your help
