Parsing txt into xml

Hi there firends. Hope you are all well.

Since I am new here I want to ask one question.

I need to parse simple txt file into xml. Is there any code which will do that ?

And what are your sugestions about this problem. How can I solve it.

Thank you in advance. Below, attached is sample of txt file.

If you mean that you want to convert a CSV file into an XML file, then this is not too difficult.
