Parsing with word identification

I already parse the words given in a sentence. Can someone help me of how to identify each word in a part of a speech. Example: The dog runs slow.
First we parse the word, next step is to identify each word and what parts of speech.
The - article
dog - noun
runs - verb
slow - adjective

Please help me, I need it badly... :(

I think you can do it.You have to maintain a master table which contains all parts of speech.
and you have to allocate words on those parts of speeches.
But it is too difficult. because this is not possible to maintain all words in english.
English words are like sea.

I am suggesting you to do this just r&d any free web service which validate your word .
