Pass session from asp .net page to php page

Hello...

 

Can someone give me full example on how to pass session from asp .net C# page to php page and pass the session to another asp .net C# page. 

 

eg: Login.aspx --> session.php --> Home.aspx 

 

I really want it to be pass as session not queryString. Really need the help A.S.A.P.   Thank youn in advance.
