pass session value on gridview link click

hiii..

Suppose i have a two forms.. form1 and form2..

on form1 i have a gridvieew....

in that gridview one column is created dynamically.... i want open popup window open on that column click and pass value of row1 to form2...

help me

Form 1 contains one link click on link open popup then in that one text box +one button in form2 then entering data in textbox transfer to form1.
