I have completed MCA in 2011 and started career as software developer. I am interesting in further study (eg. Ph.D) .

Could you please help to advice on this?

What is your end goal? I don't see how Ph. D can be helpful in writing code or getting you a better job. Do you have interests are research or building something that requires Ph. D? In general, it is very honorable and respectable to have the doctorate degree.
