Here is my Orignal table

Now i need in this format defined below ...using PIVOT

RefCode | Dates | Ratio | Profit | Dates | Ratio | Profit | Dates | Ratio | Profit | .........

i have do it but it just prints like this

RefCode | Dates | Ratio | Profit only

Headsup, PIVOTing and UN_PIVOTing records more than 10,000 records can choack the query (i have seen 1,000), please test test test.

your solution needs to be full dynamic
