The requirement is if the immediate approver of that employee s not ther it should go to the next imediate superior
jus help me how can i finish,

Are you asking for help designing it?
Is there something in particular about the application you need help with?
I don't know what a "leave management system" is. There is probably a more common term for it. It will probably help you very much to figure out what that that type of application is usually called.

Its make no sense if we give a work flow or logic that work for your application.
Still here people will give some solutions, but will not help you to learn.
Better you need to do some SDLC, Design Patterns and UML.
